Avalanche in Karazhan!
The introduction of The Burning Crusade brought us a lot of new content. Reputation is important for end game progression, so in order to keep track of everyone's progress, I have provided this chart. Thanks to Storm for her brilliant technical assistance again.

Karazhan and heroic instances are our main focus right now. From there, the natural flow will be 25 man content. Last night, Avalanche made their first Karazhan run. I want to thank everyone for showing up and making the evening a lot of fun. Congrats to Emberos, Genger, and Kimia for taking home the phat lewts of the night. I have made a few new posts on the forums. I encourage everyone to make suggestions on how we can improve and grow as a guild. This is not a one woman (or man) show. To me, each person is a valuable team member whose insight and experience will greatly enhance the guild as a whole.

To facilitate raid scheduling please post your raid times so that I can schedule our next run.

Next, we need a "raid leader". This person must have a clear speaking voice, basic understanding of each encounter, and willing to take advice from other members when things are not going well. At this time, it is not possible for me to lead any raid - I fail at keeping track of the surroundings AND keeping you alive LOL. If you want to volunteer, or have a suggestion please let me know.
